Andrei Amparo
MANAGING MEMBER/CO-FOUNDER
Hi I’m Andrei and I am the Managing Member and one of the Co-Founders here at Rivera Mansions. I am responsible for the acquisition, development, financing, and operations activities of the Company. After a long day in the office, I can be found either running, cycling, or attempting to swim laps in the pool, aka an aspiring novice swimmer, with my children.
Eddie Rivera
CO-FOUNDER
My name is Eddie and I am one of the co-founders. I assist in setting strategy for the Owner group and am an ambassador of the Company in the community. I’ve been involved in the assisted living business since 1993 and am concurrently an owner and operator of a senior living home. I’ve live in the Portland area with my family and enjoy traveling! My family and I recently visited Egypt, Israel, and Jordan for a church-related pilgrimage.
Ana Rivera
CO-FOUNDER
Hello! I am Ana and I’m one of the co-founders! In addition to partnership responsibilities, I operate and manage one of the senior living homes for Rivera Mansions. My professional background is in Chemistry but ventured in managing senior living homes when I relocated to Portland several years ago. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling with family and keep a vegetable and fruit garden at my house. My favorite TV series is Undercover Boss. Watch out Rivera Mansions staff!
Airene Keppel
FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR
Hi! My name is Airene and I am the Director of Operations and Facility Administrator. I manage the day-to-day facility operations, which includes resident program administration and delivery of high quality resident services, marketing and business development, census development, human resource staffing, training and compliance. One of my favorite shows to watch is Grey’s Anatomy and I love spending time with my three children, and our dog, Willow!
Fred Gast
ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER
Hi I’m Fred and I have over 55 years of comprehensive commercial design and construction experience as a registered Architect. I have been involved in leadership positions in the American Institute of Architects (Local Chapter President, State Conference President, and Regional Senior Director and CEO for Pacific and North West Region). I have been a member of the National AIA Board of Directors, a Member of the College of Fellows, AIA, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Portland State University Graduate Program, School of Architecture and Fine Arts. I enjoy hiking, being outdoors, and reading history!
Lynette Thomson
ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
My name is Lynette and I grew up in Portland, Oregon. I am the Assistant Controller at Rivera Mansions and I completed my accounting degree at Linfield College. I like to work in the yard, camping in the summer and sewing. I enjoy watching romantic and suspense movies to relax. Two of my favorite places I like visiting are Maui and Disney Land.
Jana Amparo

Hey there! My name is Jana and I grew up in the beautiful PNW! I currently attend Texas Christian University, pursuing a BSN with a business minor. I play many roles and currently the Assistant Administrator at Rivera Mansions. I am responsible for human resource, recruitment, process change, staff training and helped develop our website. I’m currently training for a half marathon and love spending quality time with my family and friends. My favorite Netflix show is Scandal and I could eat sushi everyday for the rest of my life.

Hello I’m Talitha and I was born in Germany before moving to Southern California and then to Damascus, Oregon! I am a graduate of OHSU with a BSN and have had over 20 years of experience in mental health and residential care. My latest favorite show is The Mandalorian on Disney Plus!
Rose Tamargo

I’m Rose and I am the Assistant Administrator. I grew up in the Philippines and was elected as Chairwoman of youth council in our community for five years. I have a BSN and lived in Dubai for seven years before I moved to the US. I like watching romantic comedies and psychological thriller movies, I love jewelry, traveling, and my favorite pet are golden retrievers!
Amy Burger
My name is Amy! I was raised in Eugene, OR and organize and direct all activities, social, and community aspects at Rivera Mansions. I’ve been in this industry for 26 years. My favorite hobby is baseball and I love the Atlanta Braves! I watch every game, collect cards and play Fantasy Baseball. I also love spending time with my cat, while watching my favorite movie, My Fair Lady.
Priscila Rivera
DIETITIAN
I was born and raised in the sunny island of Puerto Rico. I have been very passionate about helping others achieve their best health through food and nutrition, which lead me to become a Registered Dietitian. I completed my BA in Nutrition and Dietetics, including my dietetic internship at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. Currently, I am completing a master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition at the National University of Natural Medicine. On a more personal note, during my free time I enjoy cooking, reading, and writing!
