I would say just leave it on if it’s not causing issues. It really great since WD finds a lot of false positives but it doesn’t’ really hurt to have the extra coverage. I personally have disabled WD on most of my system, at least the servers because it when mental 1 time too many and decided programs that weren’t flagged before were suddenly malware.
