Our Story + Growth

Based in Portland, Oregon, Rivera Mansions started as an idea discussed by long time friends: the Amparo and Rivera families. Understanding the growing need for older citizens requiring assistance and the lack of personal care for advanced ADL patients, the Rivera and Amparo families worked together to build a solution for these residents with difficulties. Both families collaborated with multiple healthcare professionals to start this vision of creating a solution for the lack of person-centered care, and thus, Rivera Mansions was formed.

Rivera Mansions is one of the largest, local provider of specialized senior-living care in Oregon. We own, develop, and manage all facets of our senior care facilities. We recognize that our aging population’s need for assistance continues to significantly increase into the upper stages of life.

With a focus on creating a comfortable, clean, and safe environment, we strive to build communities that center on a commitment to an entire individual’s well-being. At Rivera Mansions, we pride ourselves on our care team’s diligent work ethic. As the primary driver to our growth and success, our work ethic and commitment to person centered care imprints a meaningful and lasting impact in the everyday lives of our residents.
